Nanner Peel Chemical Stripper is a powerful, water-based powder coating remover designed to strip coatings from aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. This biodegradable and non-toxic solution is safe for the environment and ideal for professional use in fabrication, coating, or restoration settings.

How to Use

• Tank Setup: Prepare a steel strip tank with a removable lid and ensure proper ventilation.
• Temperature: Heat the solution to 165–175°F for best results. Drum heaters are recommended and available here.
• Application: Submerge parts fully in the solution. The product can be used undiluted or diluted up to 50% depending on your needs.
• Dwell Time: Typical strip time is around 20 minutes in a heated bath (may vary based on coating and material).
• Rinsing: Remove parts and rinse thoroughly with fresh water and a pressure washer.
