Nanner Peel Chemical Stripper is a water-based, non-toxic, biodegradable paint remover engineered to safely strip powder coatings and paint from aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. Designed with both performance and environmental responsibility in mind, it’s ideal for professional shops and serious hobbyists alike.

Usage Instructions

• Use undiluted for maximum strength or dilute up to 50% as needed.
• Maintain bath temperature at 165–175°F for optimal performance. We recommend using a drum heater to maintain consistent heat.
• Use with a 55-gallon steel drum with a removable lid. Always cover when not in use to reduce evaporation.

Directions

1. Prepare a heated strip tank with a secure lid and proper ventilation.
2. Submerge parts fully in the solution (diluted or undiluted). Recommended dwell time is 20 minutes in a heated bath. Actual times may vary based on thickness and coating type.
3. After removal, rinse parts thoroughly using fresh water and a pressure washer.
