Nanner Peel Chemical Stripper is a water-based, biodegradable, and non-toxic powder coating and paint remover designed for industrial-scale stripping of aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. This 55-gallon drum is ideal for high-volume operations that demand safety, performance, and environmental responsibility.

Usage Instructions

• Use undiluted for maximum strength or dilute up to 50% for lighter applications.
• Maintain solution temperature between 165–175°F using a drum heater.
• Store in a steel drum with a lid to reduce evaporation. Keep covered when not in use.

Directions

1. Prepare a strip tank with proper ventilation and a secure lid.
2. Submerge parts in the heated solution. Recommended dwell time is approximately 20 minutes, depending on the coating type and thickness.
3. Rinse parts thoroughly with clean water and a pressure washer.
