Directions for Use

1. Heat & Monitor:
   • Fill a heated stainless-steel tank or drum with Big Chimpin’ Stripper.
   • Heat to 175–185 °F.
   • Dip a test strip into the solution—follow strip instructions to confirm proper alkalinity before stripping.
2. Strip:
   • Fully submerge parts; allow 30–60 minutes dwell time.
   • Adjust time based on coating thickness and test-strip readings.
3. Rinse & Dry:
   • Withdraw parts and rinse thoroughly with clean water; dry completely.
4. Refinish:
   • Proceed with powder coating, painting, or assembly within the protection window.
