Nanner Peel Chemical Stripper is a professional-grade, water-based paint remover designed to safely strip powder coating and paint from aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. Non-toxic, biodegradable, and eco-conscious, this 5-gallon container is ideal for shops that need more volume for repeated or larger-scale stripping operations.

Usage Instructions

• Use at full concentration for tough jobs, or dilute up to 50% for lighter stripping tasks.
• Heat solution to 165–175°F using a drum heater for optimal performance.
• Best used in a 55-gallon steel drum with a removable lid. Keep covered when not in use to minimize evaporation.

Directions

1. Set up a heated strip tank with proper ventilation and a secure lid.
2. Submerge parts in the solution. Recommended dwell time is approximately 20 minutes in a heated bath (times may vary by coating type and thickness).
3. After soaking, rinse parts thoroughly with fresh water and a pressure washer.
